An overview of the internal rules and regulations for trading on the Czech Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno

Trading in electricity is governed by the Rules for Trading in Electricity Supply, the Time Schedule for Trading in Electricity Supply, the Technical Specifications for Trading in Electricity Supply and the Technical Guidelines for Working within the CMKB Electronic Auction System when Trading in Electricity and/or Gas.

Trading in electricity within the joint services of the electricity supply is governed by the Rules for Trading in Electricity Supply within the Joint Services of the Electricity Supply, the Time Schedule for Trading in Electricity Supply within the Joint Services of the Electricity Supply, the Technical Specifications for Trading in Electricity Supply within the Joint Services of the Electricity Supply and the Technical Guidelines for Working within the CMKB Electronic Auction System when Trading in Electricity and/or Gas.

Trading in natural gas is governed by the Rules for Trading in Natural Gas Supply within the Joint Services of the Natural Gas Supply, the Time Schedule for Trading in Natural Gas Supply within the Joint Services of the Natural Gas Supply, the Technical Specifications for Trading in Natural Gas Supply within the Joint Services of the Natural Gas Supply and the Technical Guidelines for Working within the CMKB Electronic Auction System when Trading in Electricity and/or Gas.

Trading in natural gas within the joint services of the natural gas supply is governed by the Rules for Trading in Natural Gas Supply within the Joint Services of the Natural Gas Supply, the Time Schedule for Trading in Natural Gas Supply within the Joint Services of the Natural Gas Supply, the Technical Specifications for Trading in Natural Gas Supply within the Joint Services of the Natural Gas Supply and the Technical Guidelines for Working within the CMKB Electronic Auction System when Trading in Electricity and/or Gas.

Trading in Fuel is governed by the Rules for Trading in fuel, the Time Schedule for Trading in fuel, the Technical Specifications for Trading in fuel and the Technical Guidelines for Working within the CMKB Electronic Auction System when Trading in fuel.

Trading in timber is governed by the Rules for Trading in timber, the Time Schedule for Trading in timber, the Technical Specification for Trading in timber and the Technical Guidelines for Working within the CMKB Electronic Auction System when Trading in timber.

Trading in Industrial Commodities is governed by the Rules for Trading in Industrial Commodities, the Time Schedule for Trading in Industrial Commodities, the Rules of the Auctions on the Secondary Market in Industrial Commodities, the Rules for the Settlement of Exchange Trades in Industrial Commodities and the Time Schedule for the Settlement of Exchange Trades in Industrial Commodities.

The secondary market in chemicals NECHELA based on its organisation is included in the Industrial Commodities section, while the actual trading is governed by the Rules for Trading in Unused Chemical Substances and Preparations, the Time Schedule for Trading in Unused Chemical Substances and Preparations and the Technical Guidelines for Working within the System for Trading in Unused Chemical Substances and Preparations (NECHELA).

Trading in agricultural commodities is governed by the Rules for Trading in Agricultural Commodities, the Time Schedule for Trading in Agricultural Commodities, the Rules of the Auctions on the Secondary Market in Agricultural Commodities, the Rules for the Settlement of Exchange Trades in Agricultural Commodities and the Time Schedule for the Settlement of Exchange Trades in Agricultural Commodities.

Trading is also governed by the Statutes of the CMKB, the Exchange Rules, the Rules for the registration of trading participants and business practice. The fees for concluded trades are governed in accordance with the CMKB Fees Rules.
